All students/athletes who take a photo will receive a free proof. Find your event details online or on our order flyer to find out if everyone will be photographed or only those who requested a photo. If only those who requested will be photographed, you will be able to preorder a free proof from our online ordering or return your order envelope filled out with no payment.
Yes, if you are not ordering online, we recommend paying via check. Checks can be made out to Ohio School Pictures and sealed into your payment envelope.
Lost your envelope? Any one will do! Please write your Student’s First & Last Name, Teacher/Coach, Grade, School/Organization, and your order on a spare envelope.
Yes, you may seal EXACT cash into your payment envelope. Sorry for any inconvenience, but change will NOT be made at the camera or sent home later.

Yes, you may seal 1 check made out to Ohio School Pictures or EXACT cash for multiple students into 1 payment envelope. Please include information for all students! If your event is buyers only, please fill out a form for each student and include a note such as “Payment in Johnny Smith’s envelope”.

Most of our proof ordering will offer instant downloads. In this instance, downloads will be sent to the purchasers email immediately.
Downloads with background removal and preorders will be posted to a site for buyers where downloads are enabled 1-2 weeks after the purchase is made or photos are taken. Search for the event titled “Your School Name BUYER” Here and enter your email address and password.

In most instances we can retake your photo. If you purchased photos, please return them to the photographer to receive a package with your new photo. Find your event details online to see when we will be back. Request a retake Here to guarantee your student is called to the camera.

We offer on location photo sessions via our booking site. Visit the link for information about packages and pricing.
Sessions are held on location at your local park, home, or another approved location within 60 miles of Cleveland, OH. Our default location is the Cleveland Arcade, but you can easily switch to one of our other preapproved spots or request your own location Here.
